How to Enroll

We’re so glad you're interested in joining the Double J Respite Ranch community! Whether you're new to CLTS or already receiving services, enrolling is a simple process, and we're here to help every step of the way.

Reach Out

Call us at 262-777-1850 to begin the enrollment process. Let us know if you're interested in our respite care program or our respite camp program!

Intake & Ranch Tour

We’ll schedule a personalized intake meeting and a guided tour of our beautiful ranch. This helps us learn about your needs and introduce you to our space.

Paperwork & Authorizations

After the intake, we will coordinate with your CLTS (Children’s Long-Term Support) case coordinator to obtain the necessary authorizations for respite care.

Need Care Urgently?

We understand that sometimes care is needed quickly. If this is the case, please let us know when you call. We can arrange to complete the required paperwork at the time of drop-off if needed.

What is CLTS

CLTS is a Medicaid waiver program that helps support children with disabilities and their families. If you're not already connected with CLTS, we’re happy to help guide you through that process too.
